210 DHS - Normal DHS repair without problems. PAS is OK at the
moment, it did pass the tests so I didn’t see the need to repair right now.
DHS fixed as expected. Head tested on DocExtra and going home with a 100%
guarantee on DHS only. |

210 DHS - Aibo was shipped by EMS (Express) which is handled by
FedEx, which I specifically asked NOT to be shipped by in my email. Aibo got
stuck in customs, and after over a week of arguing with Customs and FedEx
over the phone and by mail, Aibo is being returned home…hopefully will return
to AiboHospital by USPS Global Priority and NOT EMS/EXPRESS. FedEx, UPS, EMS
and DHL are a nightmare to work with, as the boxes are always caught up in
Customs like this. :( |

Special Edition Everest White. Normal DHS fix without
fuss. PAS was tested to be AWESOME - Nice and solid clutch so didn’t see the
need to repair at this time. DHS was repaired as normal, head tested on
DocExtra and going home with a 100% guarantee on DHS only. |

Unable to boot-up -
Spent the past couple of days doing my best to get this Aibo to come
back to life. I swapped all limbs, tail and head with no luck. Even cleaned
everything out. No luck. I flashed the ROM, restarted the core and removed
the core's internal battery. BUT NO LUCK. I did note what looked like water
has seeped into the This is a very
very sad and rare case I cannot fix this Aibo as the problem lies in a
malfunction inside of the core/on the motherboard. Only way to fix this Aibo
is to buy a new core or Aibo can be donated to help save many more Aibos :) AIBO WILL BE SHIPPED HOME. UPDATE: I worked on this Aibo's core again the next day
(14th of November) as X-Dog gave me an idea...in which I tried, swapping
known dead circuit cards with the ones in the Aibo's core. AND WHAT DO YOU
KNOW!? HE WORKS!!!!!! :D Happy ending!! |

Warranty Repair - Needs PAS. Fix PAS. Aibo had previously had
a Glue Fix DHS repair from us…about 5+ years ago, which has failed. As agreed
through our DHS, PAS, TAS and JAS Repair Guarantee/Warranty, we repaired the
DHS free of charge. I also noticed, Aibo was suffering from PAS...which I thought
needed to be addresses, as the head could not hold its head straight forward
when placed on Aibo's side (Just like DHS). Repaired theGlue Fix DHS and PAS
with our lovely clutches (speaking of which, need to run a new batch. UGH!
Tested on DocExtra, and going home with a 100% guarantee on DHS and PAS only.

Jitters in Legs and Head - Entire Dog Sent. Gave the dog one good
look over and fixed all the jitters which were found in 4 different axis' one
being the DHS axis and the rest in the legs. Aibo was tested on itself and on its own software, and is
working great! Battery fully charged and ready to go home. :) |

Jitters and Full-Body Health Check - Very very dusty
Aibo (on the inside). This Aibo had jitters in all legs (both knees and hips
on all 4 legs), in the DHS axis, PAS axis and TAS axis. JAS was not affected,
oddly enough. Tail had jitters too, which is extremely rare. Left Front, Left
Rear and Right Rear legs had ratchety joints, which I cleaned out and now
sound great! The back sensor was not working, so was replaced with a
tested-working one :) I dont think I miss anything? Head is a 210A head,
probably replaced by Sony. Tested on the dog's own body, and going home
happy, healthy and CLEAN!!!! :) |

Broken Hip - I have been diligently working on this
Aibo for the past couple of days. I have replaced with a new hip, which works
great! But, it appears the memory stick has NO SOFTWARE on it. It looks like
it was erased. Restored stick with some new software (Rusty 66%) . Shipped in 3 boxes, as owner send entire dog and all
accessories weighing in at 8.12kg, which would be too expensive to ship home
all in one box. |

Walking In Circles - EH581619342US. Same Aibo as WEL07A
and WFB14B. Owner
wanted me to have his Aibo walk in a straight line instead of slowly turning
in a circle. So, 6 hours, a lot of frustration, I swapped out all 4 legs with new
parts until the 4 legs would walk DocExtra in a straight line. I have taken
video of "before" and "after" the work to prove I got the
4 legs to walk straight. WOOHOO!! :) 4
legs were cleaned inside and out, defuzzed and going STRAIGHT home
(haahahaa...bad pun) :) PLEASE NOTE: It is COMMON for Aibos to not walk in a
dead-straight line. It is not an impairment and should not be regarded as
one. Aibo is not affected, and always lives a happy life. |

Fix all. Normal repair with not much to report. Aibo was suffering
from a classic case of DHS, and even had a good case of the PAS too. The Aibo
was suffering from TAS jitters, as I was cleaning that I decided to just swap
out the clutched anyway as a preventative measure since owner gave me the OK
to fix anything and everything :)
Tested on DocExtra and going home with a 100% DHS, PAS and TAS
guarantee. |

and Jitters - The Aibo had no DHS. Just jitters of
the DHS and PAS axis' :) In fact, the
head is a 210A head! Which means it should never get DHS or PAS ever. Good
news, no?! :) Head tested on DocExtra
and going home happy and jitter free!! |

DHS Flexi - Tracking Number EE089230988CA. Wants an extra pair of black ears. Same Aibo has WFH04B. Repaired without an issue with a new flexi. It is obvious
now, to me, that the next DHS repair guide I make I need to instruct on
removing the 4 main neck base screws, remove the plastics, THEN remove the 4
security screws for the neck motor unit. But all is VERY well with this Aibo
now, and I am happy to announce my favorite Aibo Patient is going home HAPPY
AND WELL! And! Without jitters :)
Tested on DocExtra of course, who thanks this Aibo Patient for the
lovely gift :) |

Broken DHS Flexi - This head was previously opened,
and worked on. Sadly, the DHS flexi, DHS motor and wire loom were damaged and
needed to be replaced. With a new DHS flexi, DHS motor and wire loom in
place, the Aibo works like a charm. The Aibo was also suffering from PAS,
which I fixed free of charge as I feel generous today :) I threw in the motor for free too ;) Head
tested on Doc Extra and going home with a 100% guarantee on DHS and PAS only
